Let them introduce you to all the best places and help you navigate the language barrier as you eat, drink and chat to the friendly locals.

Your guide will be waiting for you in front of the Starbucks Kokubuncho（Hotel Grand Terrace Kokubuncho).

They will be holding the ‘Tohoku Local Secret Tours’ sign:

After a quick introduction you will head to biggest night town area in Northeast Japan, Kokubuncho short walk.

Enjoy a walking tour through the alleyways, learning about the history of the area. Today’s first tavern has the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese restaurant root back since 1950.

Head to a different style of tavern and enjoy a second drink and some more food!

Not sure what to order? Your guide will tell you shop recommendations and teach you some useful words and tips for navigating your izakaya experience.

Lots of local foods transformed into western cuisine which local people loves.

Last stop! Make it count – choose a different drink and pair it with some good appetizers in calm atmosphere.
